A global campaign that offered calm, hopeful guidance during the travel  industry's most uncertain moment.

 

The 2020 pandemic presented a unique challenge for the travel industry.
We couldn’t be fully optimistic, but we couldn't stay quiet either. ‘Step by Step’ struck a much needed balance.

We crafted a global campaign rooted in empathy, offering reassurance where travel was still uncertain and sparking cautious inspiration where movement was slowly returning, especially in domestic travel.

With heartfelt copy and practical travel tips, the message met people where they were. Rolled out across social and digital spaces, the campaign delivered calm clarity during a time of chaos to effectively navigate the complexities of the pandemic's impact on travel.
